Andy Facer

Owner and Managing Director

Andy has spent more than 30 years in the travel industry, working across product, contracting, commercial and representation roles. His career has been built on a strong commercial focus and a talent for developing relationships that last. Known for his ability to connect with stakeholders at every level, Andy has earned a reputation as both a trusted partner and a clear communicator.

He serves as Deputy Chair and sits on the Board of Directors for the Visit USA Association UK. Well regarded and well connected within the UK travel industry, Andy brings both insight and energy to every project he takes on.

Della Sheppard

Account Director

With 39 years in the travel industry, Della began her career at Bon Voyage Travel in Southampton, creating the Tailor Made Department and supporting U.S. and Canada programme development. She later worked with high-end operators including Prestige Holidays before moving into travel marketing and destination representation in 2007.

Della has represented more than eight U.S. and Canadian destinations, including 17 years with Capital Region USA, and is renowned for her expertise and extensive industry contacts in promoting North America to the UK market.

Angie & Jonathan Sloan

PR Directors

Jonathan has almost 30 years of experience across travel, tourism, PR and marketing. He started his career working with leading hotels including Cliveden and Grosvenor House before moving into agency roles, where he worked with tourism boards, airlines, attractions and tour operators for more than two decades. He spent 17 years at Hills Balfour in London, including 10 years as Managing Director. In 2020 he joined MMGY Global as EVP for Europe and Middle East Strategy, where he also established and led a Media and Creative division in the UK. Jonathan served on the Visit USA Association UK board for over 10 years, including five years as Chair, and was recognised in PR Week PowerBook.

Angie brings more than 25 years of experience in PR, marketing and tourism. She studied International Tourism Management at the University of Brighton and began her career at Cosmos Holidays, where she managed overseas operations and product for the Canary Islands. She then moved into travel representation, working across PR, trade sales and marketing for clients spanning four continents. Angie went on to hold roles at Axis Sales and Marketing and Hills Balfour, where she progressed to Marketing Director and led trade sales, consumer marketing and PR.
